Green Tea To Help Your Metabolism and get those six pack abs &  perfect S shaped figure

One of the first things I did when I decided to lose belly fat fast was to replace my intake of coffee with green tea. This great herbal drink is becoming really popular for those wanting to lose belly fat fast and develop six pack abs because it’s been found that it helps to increase your metabolism. Not only does it do that but it also helps to suppress your appetite whilst at the same time providing antioxidants, which any nutritionist or trainer will tell you is give for your general health. Drinking a few cups or mugs of natural green tea each day should be just one part of your new dietary plan to help you lose belly fat and develop six pack abs.

Strawberries and Other Sources of Fibre

If your serious about wanting to lose belly fat fast and sculpt sexy body shapes or six pack abs (for men) but don’t want to have to live on rabbit food, you’ll be pleased to learn that there are a number of sources of dietary fibre that you can eat including strawberries, blackberries cranberries etc. Like green tea above these berries can help towards body shaping as they are also rich in antioxidants as well as being a great source of carbohydrates that won’t suddenly raise your blood sugar levels. Fibre of course helps in your quest to lose belly fat and develop six pack abs by helping your body to get rid of those unwanted fats and other substances. Great sources of fibre also include brown rice, wholegrain breads, unsweetened oatmeal etc.

Lose Belly Fat  – Eat 6 to 8 Times a Day

Some of the crazy diet programmes that you see advertised specifically to help you lose belly fat or with glossy pictures of six pack abs and S shaped body, tell you to skip meals to help you lose weight. The problem with missing out meals is that you end up feeling more hungry and you tend to binge the next time you eat your meal, which isn’t going to help you get the dreamed body shape. Professional trainers of course will tell you that the best way to lose belly fat is actually to increase the number of times you eat each day but to reduce the size of the portions. In fact to lose belly fat and sculpt those nice body shapes you’ll probably want to eat approximately 6 to 8 times each day, with each small portion containing a little protein, carbohydrate and a very small amount of fat. Of course we all lead busy lives and we are not necessarily well placed to prepare these numbers of meals or to eat often, even when we are determined to lose belly fat and sculpt out body, but you can certainly eat a suitable protein bar or drink a protein shake in place of some of those meals. Stick with it it’s worth the change in eating habits to help you lose belly fat !

Forget Junk Food to Get rid of Belly Fat

Of course we’re all addicted to so called junk food and we all find it difficult to give up, but it is so important to make this change if you seriously want to lose belly fat. One portion of chips and a burger can completely demolish all the other good work you do in eating the right foods during your day. Think about it. The junk food industry sells us products which are high in fats and carbs, with questionable food being coated in breadcrumbs or batter and deep fried in oil. At the other end of the scale are cakes pastries and other sugar laden treats which although tasting wonderful won’t help us in our quest to lose belly fat! If you are serious about this you need to cut these out of your diet.

Lose Belly Fat – Drink More Water

It’s important to keep your body well hydrated as it has loads of very useful effects and will definitely help in your quest to lose belly fa. For example by drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day you will be flushing out toxins from your body. Water helps to reduce the amount of salt in your body. Salt actually tends to absorb more water in the body and builds up additional weight, so by drinking more water you’ll help to flush out the salt. Water also helps you to lose belly fat by improving your body’s metabolic rate and also helps your body get rid of unnecessary fats.

Fat Burning Exercises

Cardio exercises can be very helpful in your quest to lose belly fat. If you take a light 30 minute jog, which you may well build to an hour after a while…. Or even start off with a brisk walk this will all help in the first stages of developing those six pack abs. Similarly swimming and similar endurance work-outs will help enormously in your quest to lose belly fat as well. As well as helping to add strength to the heart these types of cardio exercises actually encourage your body to attack its store of energy and burn it off, which is great in kicking off your quest to bring out those six pack abs. As you build on these exercises the flow of blood in your blood stream is enhanced and your body’s metabolism kicks up a gear to increase the efficiency in converting your food intake into useable energy rather than simply dumping it into a fat store in your body. A few weeks into your programme where you are using these cardiovascular exercises and as long as you are being sensible with your diet, you’ll be surprised and delighted as you start to notice subtle changes around your tummy region and also other traditionally fatty parts of the body including arms, thighs etc. Of course it will take more work to really create those six pack abs.

Losing the belly fats is the ideal way to prevent the abnormal loss of HGH. If you don’t have a chance to exercise and if you think you are running out time, these alternatives will work best for you. The fat on your waist may be putting your health at risk. If not detected, it will lead to health complications such as stroke, diabetes and heart disease. The prevalent way to reduce belly fat is by exercising but if you can’t afford to invest time, you can have these alternatives instead.
