A few weeks into your programme where you are using these cardiovascular exercises and as long as you are being sensible with your diet, you’ll be surprised and delighted as you start to notice subtle changes around your tummy region and also other traditionally fatty parts of the body including arms, thighs etc. Of course it will take more work to really create those six pack abs.
